SRH professor’s event and podcast series ‘F*ckup Night Berlin’ celebrated at SXSW 2023

F*ckup Night Berlin is a podcast and event series initiated and led by Prof. Ralf Kemmer, which embraces the importance of mistakes and failure culture to career success and, indeed, happiness in life. In the area of Marketing Communication, this is a recurring topic in Ralf's classes, and his passion for this concept shines through in his creation of F*ckup. 

Jumping off the successful events in Berlin, F*ckup has taken its impact internationally… to the SXSW conference in Austin, Texas! The famous South by Southwest event is an annual celebration of tech, film, music, education, and culture, so F*ckup was right at home amongst other relevant industry voices.

We asked Ralf about the amazing opportunity: "As part of the SXSW conference, we experienced an exciting evening with four incredible and inspiring 'Failure Stories'. The format was rather unknown to the audience and that was a surprise for us. They were very engaged and had lots of questions for us as well as enthusiastic applause, which was very rewarding! It was incredible to see F*ckup come so far and to have this influence on people.”
