SRH Berlin University of Applied Sciences partners with MTH Accelerator

SRH Berlin University of Applied Sciences extends its offer to students keen to start their own business by collaborating with MediaTech Hub Potsdam.

We’re delighted to announce that SRH Berlin University of Applied Sciences has joined MediaTech Hub Accelerator’s prestigious selection of key partner universities that includes the University of Potsdam, the Hasso-Plattner-Institute and the Film University Babelsberg. As of March, MediaTech Hub Potsdam will complement the SRH Berlin Start-Up Lab.

Aiming to assist students in developing entrepreneurial personalities in an interdisciplinary environment, cross-school SRH Start-Up Lab Berlin has teamed up with MediaTech Hub Accelerator to extend its exclusive programme:

We’re thrilled to be part of the MTH Accelerator and to provide our students and alumni an advanced programme along with an extensive network of professionals in the Berlin-Brandenburg region. The combination of the arts and creative industries, IT, technology and business sciences that the MTH Accelerator presents is an ideal fit for start-ups emerging from SRH Berlin”, states Head of SRH Start-up Lab Berlin, Sigrid Peuker.

Erdinç Koç, Head of MTH Accelerator Babelsberg, adds: “It is with great pleasure that we welcome SRH Berlin University of Applied Sciences as a new partner university in the MTH Accelerator, which perfectly complements the orientation and idea of our initiators. And of course we are excited to welcome creative and tech-savvy teams that we will support with our individually-tailored programme on their way in the start-up world”.

Located in Potsdam, the venture offers support to start-ups that find themselves in the early stages of formation. Students may now additionally benefit from mentorship and workshops in pitching, marketing and sales, as well as receiving advice in legal matters and taxes. The joint effort is designed to help young start-ups advance their business models, networks and skillsets.

We very much look forward to our collaboration!
