Fifteen international students from our M.A. Strategic Design programme explored the current innovations and developments of the toy industry at the 'Spielwarenmesse' in Nuremberg in February.
Thanks to our partnership with Ravensburger, M.A. Strategic Design students have gained invaluable insights from the toy manufacturing industry in Germany.
The Master’s students were educated on several industry trends, including 'Toys Go Green', which incorporates sustainable material, 'Meta Toys' by hybrid game experiences (including AR/AI technologies) and 'Modular Toys' aimed at exploration and education.
Guided by Prof. Julia Leihener and Prof. Katrin Androschin, they had an intense but fun and inspirational day as part of our current innovation project in cooperation with 'Ravensburger'.
