Fabian Gampp is a Strategic Designer and Innovation Strategist with a focus on social innovation. After completing his training as a graphic designer, he studied communication design at the University of Applied Sciences in Konstanz. Further he studied Design Thinking and Methodologies at the Hasso-Plattner-Institute in Potsdam. He worked for design- and innovation agencies such as IXDS, Fjord and the HPI Academy with customers such as Siemens, Volkswagen, the German Design Council, SAP and Bosch Healthcare.
He is co-founder of the Education Innovation Lab (www.education-innovation-lab.de) in Berlin, which specializes in the development of innovative learning environments, formats and materials. There he worked with a variety of schools, educational institutions and companies, such as, Wikimedia, Google.org or the Federal Ministry of Education and Research. Currently he is working as Innovation Strategist for organizations and ministries in the context of international relations. As part of the Systemic Design Group he furthermore researches in the field of Systems Thinking and Design.
Since 2017 he is lecturer for Social Innovation and Human-Centered Design at the Berlin School of Design and Communications (M.A. Strategic Design).
