At our certified test centre in Dresden you have the opportunity to take officially recognised language tests. We also issue a DAAD language certificate in Berlin and Dresden.

With an internationally recognised language certificate, you not only prove your language competence and enhance your internship and job applications but you also show your awareness of how important language skills are in a globalised world. At the SRH testing centre in Dresden we offer various language tests with which you can obtain an internationally recognised certificate and upgrade your CV.

Our testing centres are certified for the following languages:

  • English (TOEIC - Business English) in Dresden | TOEIC an internationally recognised certificate that specifically evaluates the English language skills required in an international professional environment. It can be used as proof of knowledge to enrol in an English-taught study programme and to apply for jobs after graduation. Due to its professional focus, the TOEIC certificate is an enhancement to every CV.
  • German (WiDaF) in Dresden | The WiDaF certificate (German as a Foreign Language in Business) provides evidence of job-specific German language skills. With the officially recognised WiDaF certificate, non-native speakers significantly increase their chances in the German labour market.
  • French (TFI job-specific French) in Dresden | The Test de Français International, TFI™, is a recognised language test to measure academic and professional knowledge of French.

Overview:

  • All 4 language skills (writing, reading, listening and speaking) are tested
  • No pass/fail grading system: students are evaluated according to the Common European Framework for Languages
  • Questions are based on authentic situations in professional life

The Language Centre in Berlin and Dresden also offers DAAD language evaluations for English and German. They are a requirement to apply for a number of scholarships for bachelor's and master's programmes, language courses and internships.
