About me
Franziska Goes studied painting and drawing at the UdK Berlin and has since worked as a freelance artist with a focus on abstract painting.
Her work has been exhibited at Künstlerhaus Bethanien, Kommunale Galerie, General Public, Berlin, Kunstverein Schwäbisch Hall, Gallery Thomassen, Gothenburg, Columbus Art Foundation, Ravensburg and Galerie Sabine Knust, Munich, among others. In 2013 she was nominated for the Berlin Art Prize. Her works are represented in public and private collections.
From 2015 - 2018 Franziska has taught at the Bauhaus University Weimar (Summer School), since 2017 she has been teaching at the Berlin School of Design and Communication.
Her teaching focus is on the modules Fundamentals of Design with a focus on colour, form, composition as well as Abstract Painting, Contemporary Graphic Design and Nude Drawing.
