Research Foci
Prof. Dr. Büsch is doing research in the field of demography and human resource
management. She is analysing the consequences of demographic change for enterprises. Her research focus lies on age discrimination in the hiring process, employee motivation and the identification of promotive factors for an extended working life. For the last 20 years she has been doing research in this field with numerous publications and speeches at national and international conferences (e.g. World Demographic Association in St. Gallen/Schweiz and International Conference on Demographic Aging in Los Angeles/U.S.A).
