Welche Faktoren steigern Teameffektivität? Wir untersuchen, wie Teammitglieder komplexes Wissen organisieren und verwenden (in transactive memory systems), wie sie Führung miteinander teilen um gemeinsame Ziele zu erreichen und wie sie Humor nutzen.
