Workshop for SRH students | Students gain an insight into the topics of diversity, intercultural communication and conflict management. The focus will be on university culture/studying in Germany.
Just like every culture, the university culture also has its own codes of behaviour, style of communication and expectations of conduct. In this online workshop, students will learn the basic pillars of successful communication within the university culture of SRH Berlin. By doing so, students will acquire useful tools to understand this new environment, avoid cultural misunderstandings and enjoy their university life.
These new insights will not only help new students (in their 1st or 2nd semester) but also prepare experienced students to prepare for the codes of conduct in the working world.
