SRH Berlin University of Applied Sciences

Quality Management

SRH Berlin University of Applied Sciences has introduced an internal quality management system to ensure and continuously develop the quality of its study programmes, as well as to increase student satisfaction. This includes, among other things, regular surveys on studying and teaching, as well as students’ input management. In addition, all study programmes are subjected to a programme accreditation process at regular intervals.

Structure of evaluations and surveys

  • Teaching evaluations: Student feedback on the lecturers and the content of the modules. They usually take place 1 week before the examination week.
  • Student satisfaction survey: Survey of students on their experiences at SRH. Here, among other things, communication at the university, internationality, equipment, and services are evaluated. They take place once a year and are usually at the beginning of the academic year.
  • Graduate surveys: Former students' assessment of their professional and personal development since graduation. They take place once a year, usually at the beginning of the academic year.

Student Feedback Office:

The Student Feedback Office allows students to submit suggestions such as praise, constructive criticism, new ideas, suggestions for improvement or complaints. These inputs are treated strictly confidentially and, if desired, anonymously.

It is very important to us that our students communicate their concerns with us. Every input from students contributes to the further development of the university, to ensure the quality of studies and teaching, and to increase our quality standards.
