Ole Tilmann

About me

Ole Tillmann is a Berlin-based innovation consultant, executive communication coach, professional event host and author of "Agile Presentation Design - An innovator's guide to more impactful presentations". In 2012 he founded PEAK, an agency specializing in innovation and communication. He ongoingly presents some of the most important conferences.

Having more than 19 years of experience hosting TV-shows and international events he presents top notch design, business and innovation conferences such as Startup Autobahn (Daimler), AD Design Summit (Architectural Digest), WIRED Mobility, Heureka (Gründerszene) and FashionTech Berlin (Premium). Being a professional actor and trained acting coach Ole Tillmann prepared more than 450 entrepreneurs, startups, politicians, managers, tv-presenters, researchers and artists for public appearances before general audiences, investors, clients, or the press.

He help(ed) preparing speakers as the head coach at these conferences and accelerators such as APX Springer Porsche Startup Accelerator, Climate-KIC Accelerator, TEDxBerlin/Hamburg/Munich, NEXT Berlin (2010 - 2013) His clients include Audi, AKQA, Etsy, ThyssenKrupp, Airbnb, Deutsche Telekom, Siemens, Estée Lauder, Daimler, Red Bull, BASF, WIRED Germany. In 2012 he additionally entered academia and became part of the teaching team at the HPI School of Design Thinking and gave lectures at the strategic design master program of the Design Academy Berlin and the Humboldt-Viadrina School of Governance. As an author he wrote the book „Beyond the Obvious - The essential presentation design guide for innovators“. In this hands-on book, he shows how anyone can harness the principles of design thinking and storytelling to create more meaningful presentations and pitches.
