Doctor of Business Administration

A Doctorate in Business Administration is the highest academic management degree for executives. It's a research degree like a PhD. With a DBA, however, the focus is on applied research rather than theoretical research.

Apart from doctoral students, companies also benefit from the DBA as they can retain their best employees and use the research results.

You take part in workshops on topics such as research methods, data analysis or academic writing in Berlin and Liverpool and receive continuous supervision. After approximately four years of doctoral studies, you will be awarded the degree Doctor of Business Administration and may use the doctoral title "Dr." in Germany.
